About me and my practice
Having experienced my fair share of turbulent relationships throughout different stages of my life both with myself and those around me I developed a passion for helping others learn the skills needed to build healthier relationships in their lives.
I consider myself extremely lucky that I get to work with individuals who trust me to share their stories and I love seeing the changes made along the way.
Whether youre coming to counselling to deal with your anxiety or depression or to learn what a healthy relationship looks like because youd like to go on to have healthy relationships in your future. Or youre hoping to stop comparing yourself to others and gain body confidence along the way as you develop a better relationship with yourself.
I will work with you, at your pace to help you feel less anxious, grow in confidence and build happier and healthier relationships so that you can live a life that feels manageable.

I have 6 years of experience, both in person, over the phone, online.
Qualifications
- NCFE Level 3 in counselling skills and theory
- Foundation degree in integrative counselling
- Trained in Online and Telephone Counselling
- Extensive continued professional development in a range of subject areas
- Training supervisor

I offer a free 15 min phone call to help you decide whether I would be the right counsellor for you
Fees
Sessions are £45
I offer a student discount, sessions for students are £40
When I Work
Mondays to Thursdays 10 until 2:30
I work later on Thursdays until 5.30pm
